Recruitment Process

Any game is a reflection of the talent that creates it. We take great care in selecting the right candidates for the team. We want to talk to you and get to know you. We want you to know your colleagues and lead. Here's how the process usually looks:

Step 1

First, a chat with our recruiter. We’d like to learn more about you, your skills and your aspirations!

Step 2

For some roles, we may ask you to complete a technical test to assess your skills

Step 3

Up next, talking with the Team Lead. We’ll assess what you’d bring to the team and how you would fit in.

Step 4

Then, you’ll meet the rest of the team, to get to know the people you would be working with – and they’ll get to know you.

Step 5

If all has gone well - you will be welcome to join the team! 🎉
