Step 1
First, a chat with our recruiter. We’d like to learn more about you, your skills and your aspirations!
Step 2
For some roles, we may ask you to complete a technical test to assess your skills
Step 3
Up next, talking with the Team Lead. We’ll assess what you’d bring to the team and how you would fit in.
Step 4
Then, you’ll meet the rest of the team, to get to know the people you would be working with – and they’ll get to know you.
Step 5
If all has gone well - you will be welcome to join the team! 🎉
We know this may sound like a lot and we fully appreciate the fact that interview processes may be stressful to go through. Rest assured – we’ll do everything we can to make it as smooth, transparent and fast as possible for you.
